These 2 and a half hour long Gatherings, work/shops & play/sessions are meant to Free Our Minds and Bodies to Open Up Opportunities to Optimum Health and Spiritual Connection and Transformation. When the Student is Ready the Teachers and Tools Will Appear. Each Time We Come Together We Will Also Share Nutritious Vegan Delights from Cleansing and Revitalizing Sorrel Sunshine Drink and Fresh Juices and Teas to Home/Handmade Veggie Burgers, Soups, Salads, Grains, Greens, Beans and Mouth-Watering Desserts. (4 Course Meal)

Has been Drumming since 1983 in various Percussion Ensembles, Jazz & R & B groups, Khemetic Funk bands, Theater Productions, Dance & Drum Classes, Parades, Protests & With Storytellers from New York to Boston to Atlanta to Selma, Olmeca plays Conga, Djembe, Ashiko, Djun Djun, Sangba, Kenkeni, Shekere', Clave, Bell & various other percussion instruments.  She presently resides in Selma, Alabama. She has taught classes at Music Festivals, Pre-K, Middle School, Colleges, Saturday Enrichment Programs, Summer Camps... & She will BE Coming to a Zoom Video call & A City Near YOU SOON!!!
